The bus driver refused to accept this coin, claiming it was fake. I didn't have another one, so I had to count out £1 in 20p, 10p, 5p, and 1p coins, which seemed a fitting revenge.
I was irritated enough to take it to the bank, and the guy there said it was fine.

No idea!
Was he having a laugh? I would have made him take it. What a jerk.
It's like when some places don't take Scottish notes. So annoying!
