Day -2



This was my last day working here.

A plaque on the gates reads "These gates erected in 1949 replace the gates presented to the university in 1922 by Francis Aden Heron which were removed to serve the needs of the nation during the war of 1939-1945". I can hardly get my head around the idea of university gates being turned into guns, or the necessity of doing so. more...
