The loaf of No-Knead Bread I baked this weekend photographed well, but it didn't come out so great. I'm still learning how to use the convection oven. Although I must admit that half the loaf has vanished, so apparently it wasn't completely inedible!

What wasn't great about it? It looks fabulous!
The crumb was wet and gummy and the crust went a bit soggy. I think it was slightly underbaked.
